FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is EduTrip?
EduTrip is an online platform for organising school trips, excursions and group events. It connects schools, kindergartens and other organisers with carriers, destinations (science centres, museums, zoos) and companies that support trips through CSR funds.
How does the transport auction work?
After entering a trip you publish a transport request with the date, departure times and requirements. Verified carriers in your region are notified and send an offer with price, vehicle type and capacity before the deadline. You compare the offers and pick one.
How are carriers verified?
Carriers provide their company ID, licence number and insurance validity when registering. A platform administrator checks the details, and only verified carriers can submit offers.
Can a company contribute to our trip?
Yes, if there is an active CSR fund for your region and type of organisation. Companies decide who they support and how much. The platform prepares the donation agreement automatically.
Which documents does the platform prepare?
The parental consent form for taking part in the event and the donation agreement for a CSR contribution. You can upload other documents to the trip, such as a participant list or payment confirmation.
What about personal data?
The platform works with contact details of organisers and partners. A trip only needs the number of participants, not children's names. Uploaded documents are scanned for viruses.
Is EduTrip a travel agency?
No. EduTrip doesn't sell trips; it only connects organisers with carriers and destinations. You order services directly from them.
Want to be among the first?
We're launching the platform now and will soon open it to schools, carriers and partners.
